Jassi to turn glamorous again!

Forever transforming Jassi is now to be seen in designer sarees and a more hep look. Sony has roped in ace designer, Reena Dhaka to aid in her recent mekeover. "She is evolving. It is a gradual move into an evening wear look. At present Jassi is a fashion icon and this transformed look is a metamorphic one", says Reena Dhaka. Jassi's journey from an ugly duckling secretary, to a happening model and then her guise as an ordinary school teacher, has kept the audiences glued to the show. And now, her latest ensemble promises a glamorous road ahead for her.

Rushad's playing Rushad!

Rushad Rana (remember Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki?) will soon be seen on the big screen. Rushad plays himself in a film titled Missed Call. He plays a television actor who helps the protagonist during one of the many twists and turns of the film.
Says Rushad,"It's a very small part but it was interesting. The director, Mridul called me up and said I would be required only for three hours of shooting at Madh Island and I obliged." Nice. Though we wonder, is Rushad celebrity enough to be playing himself on celluloid? You decide.

Nausheen's zodiac grill

Nausheen Alii Sardarr, (note the changed nomenclature, courtesy Mr Jumaani?), seems to go by numbers a lot. First, she told us that she more of a Leo's traits than a Cancerian's. "A lot of people have told me that my walk, talk and hair makes them feel I am a Leo."
After her belief in sun signs, Nausheen consulted Jumaani and got her name changed recently. And last we heard, she's gone and changed her mobile phone number, to stay in accordance with the numbers that suit her!
Does this have something to do with getting those elusive TV roles? Or does it have something to do with a certain Mr Vikas Kalaantri?

Star bahus on the hot seat this Diwali!

Tulsi and Parvati will be AB's guests on KBC Dwitiya this Diwali. They will vie for the coveted, but elusive two crore as they battle it out on the hot seat!
This is the first time that telly celebs have graced KBC2, but in the earlier version, Smriti Iraani and Amar Upadhyay were amongst the celebs who were invited. The most interesting part of these episodes is the fact that these actors are going to come as the characters they play on screen and not as themselves! A little bird tells us that while big stars were considered (Shah Rukh and Aamir Khan), dates could not available, so the ever loyal bahus came to the channel's rescue!
Meanwhile, a host of other celebs will grace the small screen on KBC2, including Priyanka Chopra and Riteish Deshmukh and Sania Mirza and Lara Dutta!
