Sony TV’s Aahat to go biweekly again

Aahat

With the return of the popular spine chilling show Aahat (Fireworks Productions), viewers have been treated with the best of drama on TV.

Aahat launched earlier this year, after a successful run of five seasons and a gap of four years on Sony Entertainment Television. With the audience lapping up to its horror stories, the biweekly show was soon extended to four days a week from March.

But now we have exclusive information that Aahat is all set to go back to its dual episode every week format. The change will be effective from 22 June.

Shares a source, “Though the response has been wonderful, the channel and the production house have mutually decided to churn out only two episodes per week owing to some production crisis.”

Producer B P Singh did not revert to our calls and messages till the time of filing the story.
