MUMBAI: Actor Rajesh Kumar has been winning the hearts of the fans over the time with his movies, TV series and with his characters, he has created a strong mark in the industry. The actor is now getting some amazing response for his movie Haddi on Zee5.  

During an exclusive interaction with TellyChakkar, actor Rajesh Kumar spoke on the love he is getting for the movie Haddi and also on types of roles he looks forward to play.

Rajesh Kumar says that the responses are beyond expectations. He adds that this it a dark film with violence and has shown the crime world. Hence, he didn't expect this level of love. But, he is getting some great response for his character and also for the entire movie. He is getting great reviews for all the performances that are complimenting the movie.

Rajesh Kumar on what made him say yes for the movie

Rajesh Kumar says that he has been playing comedy characters over the time now, and wanted to try something different. When he got this movie, he thought he has never done something like this and it was great opportunity to show the negative to the audience as an actor. Also, it was the writing of the movie that grabbed his attention, not to forget the brilliant cast of the movie. So, there was no reason to refuse.

Rajesh Kumar on the parameters and elements he looks forward to before saying yes for any projects

Rajesh Kumar says that he sees how meaningful his character is in the project, how the storyline moves ahead with his character and does his character add value to the overall script or not. The actor also adds that he also sees how the character is different from what he has done in the past and what new he can bring to the audience as an actor.
