The Fighter actress wore a pretty Tommy Hilfiger gown which was of white satin. It had a deep neckline, thigh-high and an elongated train all made out of white satin. She teamed up her gown with diamond-laden flowers in her ear and long earrings. DP also decided to keep her makeup subtle.
Deepika in 2018 MET Gala
The Tamasha actress wore a red gown for the theme that was about Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination. Her outfit was beautifully designed by Prabal Gurung.
Deepika in 2019 MET Gala
The stunning diva made an iconic appearance by bringing out the essence of a real-life-sized Barbie doll. Her outfit was created by Zac Posen and was a bubble-gum pink gown that had 400 delicate pieces of embroidery paired with lurex jacquard fabric.
A Reddit user had also posted a collage of Alia and Deepika's MET Gala looks. The caption read, "Sabyasachi has to stop copy-pasting his old looks." A user wrote, "He has been called out before, but nope." Another person said, "Alia should have opted for Gaurav Gupta or Rahul Mishra, Sabya's designs are so repetitive it sore to the eyes now."
