MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. In the previous episode, Arshi and Shrishti ignored Anirudh and his family's efforts to stop her. Anjana questions Jhanak about her feelings about Anirudh as her husband while she cries for Arshi. Although she shows concern for Jhanak's safety due to Tejas. Jhanak assures Ajanta that she will not go with Tejas at any cost. When Jhanak is an element in the marriage breaking down, Shrishti questions Arshi about the decision that she really wants to break her relationship with Anirudh because of Jhanak.

Now, Police officers arrive at Bose house in search of Jhanak Raina. Anirudh and Jhanak get startled when the police inquire about her. Anirudh asks them about the arrest warrant and charges against her. He asks her not to get scared he is with her. Jhanak refuses his help and tells him that she can look after herself.

Meanwhile, Tejas comes and tells police officials that she is his fiancé and they cannot take her with them. When Anirudh tries to intervene, Jhanak tells him that it’s her personal matter leaving Anirudh shocked. Tejas takes Jhanak with him while he closes the door, leaving Jhanak frightened by his intentions.

Jhanak gets scared when he says it’s all marriage drama to use her until his desire gets fulfilled. Then he will humiliate her to take revenge on her.
